Let's dive in with the most important question...what can we find you doing on the weekends?

Some of my favorite times on the weekends are with our rescued greyhound racer, Inspector Clouseau, cooking elaborate and messy meals, swimming and playing games like Backgammon. As opportunities are opening up again, I am excited to get back into all things Austin that I've loved for so many years, as well as dusting off my passport to get back to world wandering and diving...sky or open-water.

Can you tell us about one of your favorite pre-Productable work experiences?

For the last several years, I have loved working with people around the world to design, develop and support their local innovation ecosystems. One of my favorite pre-Productable work experiences was helping the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Embassy Kingston with their Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative. We assisted fellows from several different countries by providing professional development through the 3 Day Startup program, helping strengthen their capacity to impact their own lives as entrepreneurs, as well as positively impact their communities and promote peace through innovation ecosystem development. I still connect with them frequently and am inspired by their implementation of what they learned.

At Productable, we talk a lot with our partners about goal setting and desired outcomes. What's something you want to accomplish in the next year?

Empower thousands of innovators to make positive impacts with a wide range of effective innovation methodologies and help foster ecosystem development for innovations to thrive.
